Back to the Grind
In other news the Indigenous People Day ceremony on "The Rock" was a new experience. At times I felt what I sometimes have imagined what it may have been like 300 years ago (minus the part of my azz being a slave). I really like it and my oldest baby liked it too, especially the dancing. The baby queen was being coddled and carried and smoothered in true queen fashion by her grandparents who couldn't keep their hands off of her. It's funny, cuz everytime someone commented about how lovely she was my father was "ohhh thank you!" LOL. I was thinking, when you have another baby? LOL. And it would be right if one of the babies didn't fall asleep, which one did. Slept through the entire thing, including the ferry right back across the bay.
I can feel the routine returning already. Ms. Senayet is demaning cream of wheat, Ms. Saada has decided to dress herself (Punky Brewster style) and Ms Sarai is eating grapes and entertaining herself. And what are mommy and daddy doing, goofin off on the computer of course.
Okay, well I better go cook. Slaves don't have much time to themselves when demanding little queens are yelling their names.
*smoochies* Mrs. R.

Gurrrl, I love the new family picutures, y'all look simply, FABU.
Cream of wheat was my favorite breakfast when I was a toddler (hella long ago).
Okay, I was laughing at the "minus the slave part", then stopped and said out loud...Damn chez whitey!
Love always,
Mi
